n5. Mission D.C.

Adventure prologue:

In this episode guys plan to steal the amazing couch from Designers Couch community. They haven’t, like everyone of us doing things in the nick of time, prepared any kind of a plan for execution. So what happens when you have two dumb asses stealing something precious? They, of course, star in a web comic, or a high budget Adam Sandler spectacle of a movie. Filled with comic elements of escaping, bumping eyes, stomping with anger and gazing in the abyss, this comic elements are a sure Hollywood blockbuster comedy. The end will surely amaze everyone.

Adventure epilogue:

Right about now you probably wet yourself because this was so hilarious. What about the last scene where they decide to stay in DC facility, because they’re too stupid to turn the couch around. BAHAHA right? Well not exactly. People find themselves stuck all the time because they rush with decisions and overall do things in the nick of time. Please stop rushing and putting “urgent” on everything. Things are never urgent, they can always be solved in a timely manor, with lot of time to spare. But hey, why can it be so easy when we can complicate our lives. Deadlines are a trick, just like unpatient clients. They exist, because people keep postponing their duties and obligations towards the tasks they’ve been given. How can we change this? There is no way around it really. Majority of people love to do whole lot of work at the last minute. Our advice is to be prepared and focused like a professional as much as possible. Don’t leave stuff to do for tomorrow, because it will pile up on the mountain of work you all ready postponed the day before. Hours are not all for fun, instead work triple hours, and produce on a much higher level. And for those who immediately thought to themselves: “This is rubbish, who works that much, you need rest, and a lot of it to produce better!”, we can only say: “Amateurs will always stay amateurs”. Professionals don’t sleep, or rest, they work plenty now so they can rest later in Bahamas with some senoritas and a martini.
